When I started my career in 1984, my role launched me overseas to conduct analysis and write extensive documentation for one of the largest global developers of real estate and municipal infrastructure. Soon after, I began a long journey providing guidance for large enterprises regarding the best communication strategies and technologies for their operations. That journey quickly expanded into all aspects of customer experience, customer interaction and everything to do with how organizations optimize their products and retain delighted customers. My time over the last 30+ years has been with several large consulting firms focused exclusively on customer experience and nine years managing customer operations for 2 global financial firms. I have been on both sides of the table. in 2010, I founded Innovate Forward and continue to enjoy my work here today.
I have a highly respected team of industry veterans with deep experience in our areas of focus. This team works together consistently and provides actionable outcomes on all of our projects. Collectively, we have, literally, over a hundred years of experience to leverage and deliver.
