Our History

Innovate Forward, since 2010, provides consulting services to clients across a wide range of industries including financial services, utilities, retail, healthcare, transportation, professional services, insurance, manufacturing and others.  We think it's important to have a perspective across industries that can be applied to many client situations and requirements.  Some example clients include American Airlines, Caterpillar, Staples, Philips Healthcare, Sloan Kettering, States of RI MA NY and WV, Amerigas, Blue Cross Blue Shield and many more.

Our Approach

We offer two primary engagement methods.  We can embed ourselves in your teams and drive outcomes in that capacity.  Or, we can provide full executive sponsored leadership of your teams and drive those outcomes with full accountability.

Leadership and Team

Mike Stokes, founder and principal with Innovate Forward, is a management consultant and subject matter expert in customer experience strategies, customer interaction operations and related technologies.  Known in the industry as a strategic thinker, hands on practitioner, and skilled consultant with 30+ years of experiences.  Mike's background includes nine years as Vice President in customer operations roles for two global financial services firms in the United States.  Additionally, he has technology expertise across a wide range of business applications and related communications technologies.  These experiences cross many vertical industries and clients domestically and international.  He is known by his peers and clients to be easy to work with, adaptable, a focused listener, articulate and engaging.


Mike leads a team of highly skilled subject matter experts, in many categories, as part of a virtual team based on required expertise.
